The Best Dropshipping Company: How To Check Your Seller Rating
There are lots of benefits to this type of system, including ease of use for the customer. They don’t have to bother with things like shipping and delivery because it is all taken care of by the third party retailer or marketplace. Customers won’t need to find another seller, negotiate a price, pay for shipping and wait for the item to arrive. It is also very convenient for sellers as they don’t have to worry about packaging and shipping.
You may be wondering how this could possibly be considered a scam or illegal. Unfortunately, there are many companies that take advantage of these systems in order to rip off unsuspecting customers. The problem with marketplace transactions is that the seller doesn’t actually own the product, so it isn’t their responsibility to deliver it. They will do everything in their power to avoid taking responsibility for their actions.
In most cases, they will use the argument that they are just a third party selling the product and aren’t responsible for the quality of service provided by Amazon. If you find yourself dealing with a seller like this, you should contact Amazon directly and ask them to refund your money. This is because if Amazon sees that a certain seller has too many complaints, they will take action against them and remove them from the site. This is one of the biggest reasons why it’s so important to provide great customer service and not have too many complaints against you.

The second way is by clicking on “Seller Central” at the top of the page and then clicking on “Seller Dashboard”. You can then click on “Customer Satisfaction” which will take you to a page that looks like this:
You can see that my overall rating is 4.8 out of 5 stars, with100% of customers rating me as “satisfied”.
Unfortunately, there is no way to tell for sure whether or not a seller is trustworthy just by looking at their Amazon seller rating. If you’re purchasing from an individual seller and not a professional company, then the best thing you can do is look through their product reviews and make sure that they have at least some positive feedback. The more positive reviews they have, the more likely it is that they are a legitimate seller.
